Welcome on the website of Xander de Jong.

 

At this moment my work has brought me and my girlfriend to the USA. Therefore I will regularly post a blog on my website about things that catch my attention in ‘The land of endless opporunities’. Most of this will be inspired by my everyday things, but it will definitely not become a travel diary. After all, I’m working here:). The blogs can be found, surprisingly, under the header “blogs” on the navigation bar.

 

My girldfriend, Ymke, went with me as the so-called expat-’wife’, but she doesn’t really sit around the house all the time. She recently started as a voluntary Organizing Fellow of the Obama NYC campaign. In addition, she also keeps a blog where she write abouther experiences as an Organizing Fellow, but also about any other interesting things that we experience.
